Welcome to the Family...
I have a brand new special nephew that was born today! John's little sister gave birth to little Olson earlier today. I am so, so happy for them. It is Merri and Richard's first baby. He was 7 pounds 2 ounces and 20 inches long. I can't wait to see pictures, but most of all, I can't wait to actually hold him. It might be a few months, since they live in Florida, but hopefully in June! Olson is my 9th nephew!

Where Does the Time go?
I can't believe that it has been almost 2 weeks since I last posted! Wow, it just seems like every day flies by so quickly. Everything is going well, everyone is healthy and relatively happy (I think!)
We enjoyed a fun Valentine's Day last week. We have long since given up on finding a babysitter and going out on this holiday, but that's okay, we've come to have a lot of fun staying at home with the kids! Abby and I decorated the kitchen and prepared a steak dinner for the family. It was a lot of fun. Then we had a "Dance Dancy Revolution" dance off and of course I won! (Not!) I love that game though. I'm glad no one can see how dorky I look dancing to old 80's tunes, but it definately is the best video game out there!
Over the weekend, we finished remodeling our bedroom (a project we actually started 3 years ago) and I'm so pleased with how it all turned out. We got really lucky to, because even though Chris knocked out the water to all our neighbors, we were the only ones in the area to still have water, so it didn't conflict with my carpet shampooing plans! Thanks Chris!
Other than those highlights, things are pretty normal and boring for us (just the way we like it!)

Nothing Like a Productive Weekend
Saturday was a good day, and we managed to get a project done that has been needing to be done. The weather was nice enough and we had the help of our favorite PVHS Senior, Brandon. We cleaned up the yard and lots of fun junk that had collected over the past year. Lots of stuff from our rennovation last year that we hadn't hauled off in awhile (it really stinks not having a truck!) So, here are a few pictures to show all the crap we got rid of!

Move Over Spielberg!!!
We got to enjoy dinner theatre tonight. The kids wrote, directed and performed a play called "The Return of the Dark Wizard". It was really cute! It even came with deleted scenes! I really don't know where they get their dramatic flare.
